I am professionally a plant tissue culturist.My first love was botany and while learning about plants I was introduced to drawing.Now plants and flowers are part of my life.Forgetting the academics I try to enjoy beauty of nature through paintings.When I travel nature and places appear before me like a kaleidoscope.Its too vast for my eyes to behold and I want to capture them in my mind .There are so many colours and shapes and I try to present a few here through my paintings .

Happy new year everyone.I welcomed the new year with this lovely abstract 'you came along with me' .My 2015 journey was eventful many of you were with me looking forward to reach 2016.

Experiments in acrylic paintings-autumn landscapes

I was away on work and had an oppurtunity to visit family too.Whenever I go visiting I come across my earlier paintings. It makes me happy to see my paintings being treasured and put up in special places.

These two were done in acrylic on canvas board and were inspired by my visits abroad during autumn.
